YOGA NIDRA

YOGA NIDRA is a form of meditation that resembles an extended savasana. The practice is a guided rest that can last for 20 -30 minutes. Yoga Nidra brings your mind into a deeper state of conscious awareness through deep relaxation. In a typical session, a teacher creates a safe space for students to relax, then guides the students to bring awareness to their breath, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts without any judgement. This process of awareness without judgment allows students to release stress and gain greater self knowledge.
