CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga & FItness at

Carmel Creek Park &/or ONLINE

If you love to be outside these classes are for You! On Tuesday and Thursday we work up a sweat doing Cardio, Core, & Resistance Training with the fresh breeze to cool us down. On Sundays, we practice yoga under our shady tree while birds sing in the background. These classes can be taken online or in person. To purchase classes, please go to Momoyoga and register, sign the waiver, and choose individual classes, class packs, or membership.

All Level Yoga:

Build strength and length in this full body Hatha/Flow Class. Ideal for Level 1-2 students who want to improve balance, build strength, reduce stress, increase range of motion, reduce pain, & improve mental health.

cardio sculpt

This is a Fitness Class for Students over 40. Class includes: low/ medium/high impact cardio options; like marching or high knees, modified jacks or jumping jacks, as well as, strength training with dumbbells, body weight, or resistance bands. Class is ideal for weight loss, mental acuity, physical health, and emotional well being.

This class combines total relaxation with active stretching. The majority of the poses are done seated or lying down on the mat. This class is perfect for a day off, an evening stretch, or a post workout recovery.

SENIOR YOGA

Senior Yoga is a modified version of regular yoga, but it moves at a slower pace. Students have the time to find the shape and hold it. This class is designed as a healthy way to combat aging and includes strength, balance, core work, stretching, and relaxation.
